Cross-generational Connection
in the Workplace
We support businesses and organisations to strengthen their workplace culture and skills development, creating happy, fulfilled employees who feel a deep sense of belonging and connection to themselves, their communities, and their workplaces.
We do this by running our Symbiosis Co-mentoring programme in the workplace and facilitating team mindfulness and reflection walks.
Our Vision
Wild Purpose envisions a community where people of all ages feel connected, understood, and valued. We want to break down the walls between generations by creating spaces where all younger and older adults can learn from each other, share experiences, and grow together.
Our Activities
We bring people of all ages together through meaningful workshops and mentoring that help them understand one another, gain fresh perspectives, and grow life skills—cultivating purpose, connection, and community.
We are working to facilitate the connection of 100 intergenerational pairs in Brighton & Hove by 2027!
